# How to Access the Help Center Through Your Latchel Dashboard

> This guide shows you how to access the Help Center directly from your Latchel dashboard. Whether you need answers to common questions or step-by-step instructions, the Help Center is your go-to resource for quick support.

From the **Latchel Dashboard** home page, click on the **user icon** at the upper right corner and choose **Help Center** from the drop-down.

This will open a new window and direct users to the [**Help Center**](https://help.latchel.com/home). The user may start searching for any topics, or any help articles they need by typing on the search boxes, or directly going to the help article categories.
