# Latchel Analytics
> Latchel Analytics gives you a clear view of your maintenance operations through easy-to-read dashboards and reports. From tracking work order volume to identifying response time trends, this tool helps you make informed decisions and monitor performance—all in one place. Use this guide to explore how to access and get the most out of your analytics.
### **The Expanded Analytics**
Latchel Analytics has recently undergone a major update, including new functionality, UI changes, powered through Google Looker Studio. These changes significantly improve how property managers access, filter, and understand their data across their Latchel account.
The Analytics dashboard is organized into different sections to help you monitor and evaluate your maintenance performance.
**Data Availability Notice:** Analytics data is updated with a **one-day delay** and is not reflected in real time. Reports and dashboards display data through the end of the previous day. Please plan accordingly when reviewing metrics or sharing reports with your team.
