# Navigating the New Tool Tab in the Latchel Dashboard

> The Tool tab in the Latchel Dashboard is your go-to spot for managing invoices, viewing reports, and exploring skill categories. This guide will help you get familiar with each section so you can make the most of the tools available at your fingertips.

On your dashboard you will notice that there is a new **Tools** menu, nested in this menu you will find the section for **Invoices**, **Skill Categories**, **Analytics**, and **On-Call Rotations**.

### **Invoices**

In this section, you can view all of the Invoices that are related to your work orders.

This is the list of skills to determine what type of service provider should be assigned to the work order.

On-Call Rotation lets you configure automated alerts that instantly notify the right technician or team member when a qualifying issue comes in.
