Self-Signup - Latchel Standard
Latchel’s Starter feature is a self-service option designed for property companies and managers. It offers a firsthand experience of how Latchel operates, particularly valuable for managers overseeing properties with fewer than 50 units. Having had this enriching experience, you are then ideally placed to make an informed decision about signing up completely with Latchel.
How To Sign Up
To create your account, navigate to the Latchel-Signup page. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after your successful signup that includes steps on how to schedule an onboarding call and how to access the portal.

Cancelling Your Subscription
Access the Account Settings, and under the Subscription tab, a button exists, then hit Cancel Free Trial. This will automatically log you out of Latchel and confirm you won’t be charged.
