# Getting Started with Analytics+

> Analytics+ is Latchel's premium analytics tier, offering advanced reporting, deeper portfolio insights, and expanded data capabilities beyond standard Latchel Analytics. This guide explains what Analytics+ is, how it differs from standard Analytics, and what's included.

### **What is Analytics+?**

Analytics+ is a premium upgrade to Latchel Analytics designed for property management teams that need deeper visibility into their operations. While standard Analytics gives you a solid foundation of maintenance dashboards and reporting, Analytics+ unlocks advanced features, expanded data access, and more powerful reporting tools to help you make smarter decisions at scale.

Analytics+ is available as an add-on tier and must be enabled on your account. If you're interested in upgrading, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  **Data Availability Notice:** Analytics data — including Analytics+ — is updated with a **one-day delay** and is not reflected in real time. Reports and dashboards display data through the end of the previous day. Please plan accordingly when reviewing metrics or sharing reports with your team.

### **How Does Analytics+ Differ from Standard Analytics?**

Standard Latchel Analytics provides property managers with a daily view (data reflects the previous day) of their maintenance operations through dashboards covering work orders, vendor performance, property insights, and basic reporting exports.

**Analytics+** builds on that foundation with:

* **Advanced reporting capabilities** — Access to custom report builders, benchmarking tools, and expanded metric sets not available in the standard tier.
* **Deeper portfolio-level insights** — Slice and analyze data across larger portfolios with more granular filtering and segmentation options.
* **Extended data history** — Longer data retention windows for historical trend analysis.
* **Expanded export options** — Additional data formats and scheduling options for automated reporting.

### **What's Included in Analytics+?**

Analytics+ includes everything in standard Latchel Analytics, plus the following premium capabilities:

#### **Summary & Dashboard**

All the core Summary Section metrics are available, with enhanced filtering options and additional KPI cards specific to Analytics+ accounts.

#### **Work Order Reporting**

Expanded work order queries with additional breakpoints, priority segmentation, and the ability to drill down further into individual work order timelines.

#### **Vendor Insights**

All four standard vendor performance metrics are included, plus extended vendor benchmarking that allows you to compare vendor performance against portfolio-wide averages.

#### **Property Insights**

All three standard property performance metrics are included, plus additional property-level trend analysis and recurring issue detection across longer time horizons.

#### **On-Call Scorecard**

Full access to the On-Call Scorecard, including alerts received, acknowledged, missed, and ignored, along with no-show rates and response times.

#### **Custom Reporting & Benchmarks**

Analytics+ users have access to the full Custom Reporting suite, including the ability to build custom reports, set performance benchmarks, and track progress over time.

#### **Reports & Exports**

All standard export types (residents, invoices, properties, work orders) are included, with additional scheduling and format options available exclusively for Analytics+ accounts.

### **Getting Access to Analytics+**

Analytics+ is a premium tier that requires enablement by your Latchel team. To get started:

    Reach out to your CSM to express interest in upgrading to Analytics+. They can walk you through the available options and pricing.

    Analytics+ is powered through Google Looker Studio and requires a Gmail-connected account for access. Follow the setup guide below if you haven't already registered your email.
