# Redirect Tenant Maintenance Submissions From Buildium to Latchel

Complete the following steps to redirect Buildium maintenance requests to the Latchel maintenance URL.

<Note>
  This is only a viable option if Latchel handles maintenance for ALL units in Buildium, as this is a global change.
</Note>

### **Setup Maintenance Submission to Latchel**

<Steps>

    From your dashboard, go to `Communication > Resident Center Settings.`

  <Step title="Setup Maintenance request redirect." icon="2" iconType="sharp-solid" titleSize="h4">
    Select **Requests**, then under Maintenance request redirect, click **Edit**.

  <Step title="Enter your Latchel Residents Work Order Submission URL." icon="3" iconType="sharp-solid" titleSize="h4">
    Go to your **portal settings**, then copy your **Residents Work Order Submission UR**L. Paste the URL into the Redirect URL field.
