# Accessing Your Resident Benefits Hub

> Every time you contact Latchel, you'll be sent a **link to access your online portal**. Latchel offers wide range of popular benefits you can choose from to enhance your resident experience. Here's how you can access your Resident Benefits Hub.

### **Steps to Access Resident Benefits Hub**

From the top right of the navigation bar on your portal, click on **My Benefits**.

From here, you can access **exclusive benefits** made available to you. Click on the **Learn More** icon on the benefits that you want to take advantage of!

For example, in case you need to claim on the **\$50 Lockout Reimbursement**, you'll be directed to fill out a form for lockouts you experience during your lease term. From here, you'll gain access to the reimbursement qualifications.
