### **Automated Vendor Status Calls Are Turning On for Autopilot Customers**

Following up with vendors is one of the most repetitive parts of running maintenance. If you're already an **Autopilot** customer, starting after the 9/30 launch, you won't have to do it yourself.

  **What's changing:**

  * After the webinar, we'll turn on **automatic daily outbound calls** to vendors for all existing Autopilot customers.
  * Every business day, Latchel builds an agenda and calls each vendor to get status on their open work orders.
  * Latchel writes the result back to every work order it discussed. If it deliberately skipped a job, it leaves a note explaining why.
