How to Download Properties and Resident Report

Access your Latchel Data Sync Extension through your browser and make sure you are logged in. If you have not installed the extension yet, you may follow the steps in How to Install the Latchel Data Sync Extension.

Once logged in, choose the option Download Properties & Resident Data. Save it on you computer folder as prompted.

Set Up Automatic Background Sync

With the help of this option, you can easily keep your data up to date by having data synchronization run in the background on an hourly or daily basis.

  1. Hourly Background Sync

Switch the option Automatic, hourly background sync to ON by moving the toggle to the right.
