Follow these steps to download and install the latest version of the Latchel Data Sync Extension.
 Once logged in, choose the option Download Properties & Resident Data. Save it on you computer folder as prompted.

Set Up Automatic Background Sync

With the help of this option, you can easily keep your data up to date by having data synchronization run in the background on an hourly or daily basis.
  1. Hourly Background Sync
Switch the option Automatic, hourly background sync to ON by moving the toggle to the right.
  1. Daily Background Sync
Switch the option Automatic, daily background sync to ON by moving the toggle to the right.
Then, choose the time of the day you would like the sync to happen.

How to Sync All Data Manually

For those who prefer manual control, the Latchel Data Sync Extension also offers an option to manually sync all data whenever needed. To do this, click Sync All Data. This allows your property management software to sync all data to Latchel to keep your records up to date.
