Team & User Management

Keeping your team organized in Latchel is key to ensuring the right people receive the right information at the right time. This training video covers user management, targeted notifications through Teams, and customized emergency contact escalation procedures. It includes step-by-step guidance on adding or removing users, creating Teams for portfolio- or property-based notifications, and setting up personalized maintenance notification preferences via email or SMS for individual team members.

Teams (formerly called “User Groups”) can now also be set at the individual Work Order level, overriding the Team inherited from the property, portfolio, or company. Team is now managed from the “Property Manager” card on the PM Work Order Details view — the old “Notification Settings” card has been retired. You can also filter the Feed and Work Order Kanban views by Team and Team Member.
