Create a Schedule Export

From your Analytics dashboard, click the folder icon at the bottom-left corner of the page, then select Schedule export from the list of options.

Click Create new schedule.

In the Schedule exports window, add the recipient’s email address. You can also customize the subject and message that will be sent to the recipient.

Select which Analytics report, and the file format. You can add as many reports as you’d like.
Page layout and size options will only appear if the file type is set to PDF.

Next, set the Frequency — choose whether you want the report to be sent daily, weekly, or monthly, and specify the time of day. You can also select the time zone, if needed.

You can also set conditions that must be met before a report is exported. By default, it’s set to always.

If conditions are set, feel free to click Test condition to receive a test email.

Once all settings are set, click Create to save the new schedule.

Manage Existing Scheduled Exports

If you have active scheduled reports, you can still modify their settings. Here’s how: Go to your scheduled exports and select the one you want to update. Click the ellipsis under Action. Then, select Edit.

Modify any of the current settings, click Save once done.

In addition to Edit, you can also:
  • Rename Schedule
  • Send now
  • Pause
  • Delete
  • Duplicate
And that’s how easy you can set a scheduled export!
