From the Latchel Dashboard home page, click on the user icon at the upper right corner and choose Help Center from the drop-down.

This will open a new window and direct users to the Help Center. The user may start searching for any topics, or any help articles they need by typing on the search boxes, or directly going to the help article categories.

This update is applicable to all user types, admin users and service providers can also access the help from their profile drop-down.
