5 Easy Steps on How to Use the Drain Snake
- Open the sink drain’s stopper.

Before you continue to request a free drain pack, here are a few important terms:- You must be an active resident who has signed a lease at the property you are requesting a review for.
- Your lease must have current and active Latchel benefit subscription through your lease term.
- Maximum order of 1 drain pack per calendar quarter (each pack contains a minimum of 3 snakes).
- You must be current on your rent and any charges due to your property manager or landlord.
