Filter SMS by Portfolio On the right side of your Latchel dashboard click the message icon.

From there you can see the Filter by Portfolio icon which is the first icon on the top right.
Once you’ve clicked the Filter by Portfolio, it will give you the option of choosing certain Portfolios that you would only want to see the SMS, then click the Arrow Back and see the related to the portfolio that you have selected.
NOTE: The Message Unrelated to a Portfolio option is for incoming SMS where the system was unable to designate a work order tag, or it’s from a phone number that has not been verified within the Latchel system.
Once you are back on the Message field you will notice that the Filter icon has no slash, meaning there is an active filter applied.
