This new feature allows property managers to stay informed and engaged, ensuring seamless communication throughout the entire property management process. Here’s how:

Click the ellipses menu in the headers of the SMS window.

Choose Latchel Agent Conversations from the drop-down, this will pull up a view-only transcript of all SMS Conversations that Latchel Operations has had with the person.

Note:

Only conversations that have been tagged to a Property Manager company or a work order for the Property Management Company will show up in the transcript.

Latchel Agents will ensure not to forget to tag a conversation otherwise they cannot go back and tag SMS once the conversation has ended.
