Reporting an Incomplete Maintenance Request (Resident)
First, navigate to your dashboard by following the steps in the help guide: Resident Dashboard Overview. Once logged in, select the work order that was not resolved.
On the Work Order Details page, click Provide Work Order Update.
Next, select Report an Incomplete Request.
You need to identify the cause, then provide additional details in line with your concern. Lastly, click Send.
