Reporting an Incomplete Maintenance Request (Resident)
As a resident, you have access to your Resident Dashboard from where you can access your existing and past maintenance requests. To report an incomplete maintenance request that you have recently submitted, follow the steps below.
First, navigate to your dashboard by following the steps in the help guide: Resident Dashboard Overview.
On the Work Order Details page, click Provide Work Order Update.
Next, select Report an Incomplete Request.
Chose the reason why your work order is unresolved.
Then provide additional details in line with your concern. Finally, click Send.
