Your Latchel-assigned phone number is the dedicated line residents use to reach our support team. This guide shows you where to find that number in your dashboard so you can share it or reference it as needed.
Your residents may call or text this phone number to create work orders, send in pictures, etc. As a Property Manager, you can also call the phone number issued to you to create new emergency requests.To view the number, log in to your Latchel dashboard. At the far right coner of your dashboard, click your user icon, then choose Account Settings.
This will take you to the details tab of your Account Settings. On the left-hand side of your page, click the drop-down for Maint. Communication Settings. There you will see the phone number Latchel has assigned to your account.
Also in this section, you will find your Latchel Communication Phone Number. This is the phone number you send and received text messages to and from.
Latchel currently does not support phone calls on this phone.
