You can now use Latchel for more than just maintenance. With Latchel On-Call, we receive and route urgent non-maintenance issues to your team — helping you respond faster to situations like:

On-site management or safety issues
NEW: Add Photos & Videos After an On-Call Alert is CreatedResidents, property managers, technicians, and Ops teams can now upload photos or videos after an On-Call alert has been created.
What’s New:
Residents are prompted to upload photos if they didn’t include them during submission
Files can be added anytime via the resident link
PMs and Ops can upload media directly in Latchel
Technicians can view and add photos/videos while responding
This gives your team better visibility and helps speed up resolution — especially for security and safety-related issues.

Editable Task Titles
We’ve added the ability for PM users to edit task titles after creation. We heard feedback that task details often evolve as situations change, and updating titles helps keep tasks clear and accurate. Now, when editing a task, you can update the title along with the other editable fields, and the new title will appear everywhere the task is displayed!
Duplicate Inspection AreasWe fixed an issue where inspection areas could appear multiple times for property managers with more than one inspection template. Inspection areas will now display correctly without duplicates, ensuring a cleaner and more consistent inspection setup.
